A Message About Test Results From MedVoice
Did you know SWCWC only uses MedVoice messages to report normal test results? If you receive a recorded message requiring you to enter your code, the results are normal. If you receive a message in the evening or over a weekend, this information may ease your mind if you have difficulty retrieving the message.
Although your access number is provided to you at the time of your appointment, you can call anytime during business hours to retrieve your code information. You must listen to the message in its entirety and follow the instructions to delete the message. If the message is not deleted, you may receive another reminder. Any abnormal results will be reported to you personally from a medical assistant or provider.
