  • Thanksgiving Schedule

All SWCWC offices will be closed Thursday, November 23 and Friday, November 24, for the Thanksgiving holiday. We are thankful for our wonderful staff and patients. Have a safe holiday weekend.

  • Packages from Home Collection

All SWCWC offices are collecting donations for Packages from Home. Items are sent to service men, women, and service dogs. Suggested items are found on the Packages from Home website or there are printed lists by the office donation box. Drop off boxes are now available. Please join us in this worthy cause.

  • *** NEW *** Patient Portal

SWCWC patients are now offered the convenience of a patient portal through MyHealthRecord.com. Patients will receive an email with a registration link prior to their scheduled appointment. Once registered, patients can view their health records and easily access test results. Check with the Front Desk staff when you check in if you have any questions.

  • A Message About Test Results From MedVoice

Did you know SWCWC only uses MedVoice messages to report normal test results? If you receive a recorded message requiring you to enter your code, the results are normal. If you receive a message in the evening or over a weekend, this information may ease your mind if you have difficulty retrieving the message.

Although your access number is provided to you at the time of your appointment, you can call anytime during business hours to retrieve your code information. You must listen to the message in its entirety and follow the instructions to delete the message. If the message is not deleted, you may receive another reminder. Any abnormal results will be reported to you personally from a medical assistant or provider.

  • SWCWC Welcomes New Physician
